Whatever you do in this life, do not be poor. The poor man is always held to stricter standards especially moral and spiritual by everyone.
When you’re rich, you’re allowed the liberty to choose. If you choose to be immoral, you will be tolerated and mercy extended to you.
If you choose to be moral and spiritual, you will be celebrated and treated as an icon.
The rich will always have someone to pray for them but the poor man must always pray for himself and for the rich and let the rich know that he is praying for him!
Whatever you do in this life, make sure you’re in good books with God. For He seems to tolerate a lot of things from those He has chosen to tolerate. If you can, negotiate with Him the portion He assigns to you. See to it, that He doesn’t assign you a hard and thankless task in the name of purpose, nor hold you to stricter standards than those whom He has chosen to tolerate.
For you see, God chooses a lot of thing. Pray hard, that you’re one among the many whom He chooses. For God in the name of grace, mercy and Sovereignty, tolerates a lot of things from those He chooses.
From one frail mortal to another, I pray that God is kind to you. That He does not single you out as an emblem to showcase to the world how He deals with those whom He has rejected. That somehow, in exercise of His sovereignty He is not unfair to you.
I pray that on the days your human frailties get a hold of you, He will not be waiting to promptly disqualify you. For you see, God has disqualified many because their human frailties got a hold of them, and He has tolerated many and called them “Mine” when their human frailties got a hold of them.
Whatever you do in this life, live it authentically. Do not be afraid to be human. For if your days were already numbered before any of them came to be, there’s nothing you can do about it! Or is there? And always, after you’ve listened to everyone else, relate with God the best way you know how. Because you see, if God has chosen to know, love and help you, He will.
