Kenyan actor turned content creator Abel Mutua who sprang to fame as ‘Freddie’ on iconic high-school drama series “Tahidi High” is being roasted on TikTok for allegedly taking advantage of his role as a scriptwriter to force a kiss scene with actress Sarah Hassan who played ‘Tanya’ on the action-packed TV show that enjoyed a cult-like following. This backlash follows claims that the self-proclaimed “Mkurugenzi” apparently set up the scene as an act of revenge after Sarah Hassan reportedly turned down his romantic advances. Mutua was quoted ostensibly admitting to this during a recent appearance on a local podcast.
