Kimiti Wanjaria young realtor said this to his parents before disaster struck

Kimiti Wanjaria had a great dream ahead that made him get a mention in Forbes Top 30 Under 30 back in 2013 when he was just 29 years old.

Mr Wanjaria had a multimillion-shilling property investment in Kiambu that was being developed by a company in which he owned shares.

He, together with three other friends started a company named Serene Valley Properties Limited and on it constructed 30 villas along Waiyaki Way next to the Sigona Golf Club for Sh350 million.

However, before the project could complete a few years ago, the contractor died throwing everything in a spin. The bank that had given them the loan also wanted repayments done since it had already matured.

When the project was almost complete, Wanjaria went back to live with his parents saying he had reached rock bottom.

When it reached Sunday before committing suicide, he asked his parents to accompany him to church. He spoke to the congregation and asked the clergy to lay hands on him so that he could dedicate his life to Jesus Christ.

His remains were buried on Saturday, March 19.
