NYS recruit kneels to shine CS Ababu Namwamba’s shoes

The humble NYS officer was spotted diligently shining the CS’s shoes, who was all smiles as other officers from the NYS looked on and laughed at Ababu’s jokes. In a clip shared by the Nation, the officer who happily gave the CS the shoe shining then saluted him before they both shook hands as Ababu thanked him vehemently for his kind act.
