A landowner will present an application to the Registrar in Form 97 and attach the original title and copies of their identification documents.

Is title deed conversion available on the e-citizen portal?

No, it is not available online since the proprietor has to surrender their old title deed for them to be issued with a new one under the Land Registration Act, 2012.
