What to do if you don’t receive KPLC token text

Here is how to retrieve your last 3 purchased KPLC tokens

  1. On your mobile phone, dial *977#
  2. Go to “Prepaid Services”
  3. Select “Latest Token”
  4. Enter your Prepaid meter account number.
  5. Press “Send”
